Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026. This is a plain-English policy written to be clear. Please have it reviewed by a legal professional before you rely on it, and update the contact details and any specifics to match your final setup.

The short version

We collect as little as possible, we never sell it, and we never use your information or your child’s to train AI. What happens at your kitchen table stays there.

Who we are

Mini Brains Trust is an Australian home-learning product for parents of young children. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@minibrainstrust.com.

What we collect

Right now, before launch, the only information we collect is what you give us when you join the waitlist: your first name (optional) and your email address. That is it.

When the app launches, we will collect only what is needed to run your account, and we will update this policy to explain exactly what that is before you sign up.

How we use it

We use your email to let you know about early access, to share the occasional update about Mini Brains Trust, and for nothing else. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

What we will never do

We will never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We will never use your data, or anything about your child, to train artificial intelligence models. We will never allow third-party advertising that targets you or your child based on your information.

Who can see your information

Your waitlist details are stored with our website host so we can contact you. We do not share your information with anyone else except where we are legally required to.

Cookies

Our website uses little to no tracking. We do not run advertising trackers. If we ever add basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit, we will update this policy first.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it entirely. Just email hello@minibrainstrust.com and we will sort it out.

Children

Mini Brains Trust is designed for parents to use with their children. Accounts are held by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top and, for anything significant, let waitlist members know by email.
